new adress added

Yesterday i made a purchse with payment after 30 days and shortly after this i received a mail, that tells me that i sucessfully added an adress, which i havent. Is this normal on 30 day payments ?

If the address is unknown, please remove the address in your PayPal account and make sure to update your password & security questions. Also, please review your account activity and report any unauthorized activity to us.
