so my money is on hold and the seller is asking me to send the product to a diffrent address, im a little suspicious as its a diffrent name and address but he has paid goods and services... will i still get my money if i send it and have proof it was delivered and they claim not to have recieved it?

You only have seller protection if you send to the paypal registered address of the buyer at the time of payment.
If they wanted it sent to another address they should have added a 'gift' address and selected it when they sent you the funds.
