how to recover Paypal Limite

Hi'

I have an online store and received two orders. Then my PayPal account is limited, but I am out of stock to complete the order. So I gave the money back to the buyer. Now I can't provide the necessary information (tracking number, provide proof of purchase from your supplier, provide more info on your transaction) to submit the Paypal limit, what should I do???

If you are being asked to provide documentation from your supplier but you do not have these documents, create a Word Doc or pdf explaining why you do not have the requested information. Once you have created this, you should be able to upload it to resolve this step. It is not guaranteed that it will be accepted, but providing this will allow the step to be resolved and once all steps have been completed, the account will move into review.
