ban account for no clear reason?

that's waste of time sorry to say Neglecting PayPal customers by accuse without proof, i didn't use the account for more over since 2009 just now i go verify my account to fix the problem that the system not fix, no option to change Nationality which i didn't give any id before of uae 

If there any transactions or reason as mentioned up real please prove it or show at least protect users, what if someone hack me is the PayPal protection to accuse? 

Held for days for no reason is effect my personal business and banks account! 
i read all the laws and agreements there 0 reason to this happen
sayin if there any buyers reporting of transaction or i have fund

they didn't see my account 0$ since 2009!?

they didn't see i didn't even have shop or any online business that link to my account?what this support doing!?

Illogical unfortunately this business in fall down because of wrong decisions you keep taking its nonsense if real team closing customers accounts with no clear reason, at least send private email say the reason, or else warning to not do again if even logic, since 2009 i never use once i came to verify you ban it? I found not only me thousands of other people which unfairly, PayPal team will destroy the rate of the business which will make others like payooner etc take the place thanks god not expanding or we trust it much before lost our money or clients.
