Wrong email address, no refund

Hello Guys,

 

I made a payment for ~9000 USD for some products and by mystake I write the email address instead of 123abc -> 23abc

I made the same transfer to the correct email address with the same amount to my supplyer.

 

The 23abc recived the ~9000 USD, i opend a dispute to recover my money and Paypal refused to refound me the money for the reason:

The transfer was made for Products and good.

I noticed that the reciver (23abc) not Verifyed (so he can't get the money out of Paypal)

 

It seems to me, or in this case, it is a great injustice and Paypal refuses to return the money to me, which can be seen to have been transferred by mistake due to a typographical error.
