Why was my acct banned or says I cannot use PayPal I have a sick friend I made a PayPal for and after linking the PayPal to the fundraiser page 1 donation came through and PayPal said I can’t use paypal this is so stupid please help!
I would suggest opening a complaint through bbb.org under PayPal San Jose, CA to request another account review to restore account.
I hope when you say “I have a sick friend I made a PayPal for” that the PayPal account was made under your name/financials to raise money for them. You can’t take it upon yourself to use their information to open a PayPal account.
