What can i do when a seller misrepresents?

Where can I report a seller that advertises MADE IN USA and then two transaction verifications deep reveal they are in CHINA and not manufacturing in the USA

If its Social Media tat then normally they don't say ''made'' in U.S, they normally despatch from U.S but are made and accept any returns in China.
