Virtual single use credit card

Hi all,

I tried to make a transaction with a virtual single use company credit card but then my account got locked immediately.

What can I do to solve the problem.

I am sorry to know that your account has been locked. I know how important it is to have your account running smoothly. I am glad you reached out! Kindly know that you can only use traditional bank on PayPal as a online/virtual bank or cards aren't compatible to transaction. As per the information that you have shared, it seems like the account is limited. Account limitations are placed in situations where we see unusual or suspicious activity, or when we need to collect information necessary for keeping your account open. When we place a limitation, an email is sent to explain the reason for the limitation and what needs to be done to resolve the problem. In most cases, you can find options to resolve the limitation in the Resolution Center. Please check your Resolution Center and complete the unresolved steps or follow the steps mentioned in the email.
