Someone donated $108,50 USD + $6,50 USD fee. I have no clue who that person is or why they donated that amount of money. I was inactive for the last month because of private reasons so I couldn't react earlier. The person filled a case: "The buyer stated that they did not make this purchase". What purchase? I don't sell anything, I'm a professional editor. I mostly make movie Trailers, and I have a YouTube channel where I make my own "Concept Trailers". Example: Recently I had to make a sponsored video for a video game that was included in one of my concept trailers. Let's get back to the unknown $115 donation, first of all, I have no clue who and why gave me that money, and then they fill a case, and they didn't fill a case for the $115 that they donated, they filled it for $490,55 USD that they didn't donate, the $115 got back to that person, but my PayPal is now in negative balance since they didn't ask for a refund of thaw they donated which is $115 USD, they filled a case for $490,55 USD, which means that Paypal gave them more money back then they should have. And now my account is in -403,55 negative balance. This just happened out of no where. I need help as soon as possible, I did nothing wrong, I'm 100% sure that this is a fraudulent activity done by a scammer.

They claim they didn't make the purchase, which is a lie. On 22 Nov. "Crescencio [removed]" emailed me as the representative of the campaign for "NoxInfluencer". They asked me to make a Fan-Made trailer for Stranger Things 5 that would at the end feature a 2-3 minute sponsored segment of video-game "Dragonheir: Silent Gods". We agreed upon a price of $1200 and signed a contract. After the first revision, they finally decided to send me a part of my payment ($206.42), but they didn't send the money under their name, they said that they can't send the 50% because the account wasn't US based, so they needed to use different PayPal accounts. So they sent $206.42 from an account "Bryan [removed]". They sent the rest of the money on different accounts: 9 Dec 2022 "Carter [removed]" $398,96; 16 Dec 2022 "Lopes [removed]" $108,50; and finally: 16 Dec 2022 "Jeff [removed]" $463,81 + fee $26,74! And on Dec 16. 2022 we decided to upload the video to my YouTube Channel(Final Product): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ldfbQL0Coxg&t=171s. So, as you can see, the claim that says that the purchase of $490,55 wasn't made is a lie. I have a signed contract, WhatsApp messages, and screenshots. To fix my account limitation I have to sort the negative balance, which means I'll lose the money that's rightfully mine. What do I do?
