I was just charged from a vendor I have never heard of for $450 odd dollars. This purchase is not authorized by me and I want to dispute it but when I go to report it I get an error message saying "you cant file a case for this type of transaction" I also got an email about suspicious activity and when i followed the steps on the email I changed my password and nothing changed. I need this charge resolved.
The vendor is called Meta Platforms Technologies, LLC
Check if you had a subscription set up. (sounds like Facebook or similar?). Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

I though that at first too, I checked and nothing even close to meta or facebook/instagram has an active or inactive subscription. It finally let me file a dispute, so i filed it under unauthorized purchase so I'm just praying to the chargeback gods. 😕
