Transfer of funds from permanently closed account.

I received an email saying I can transfer my funds after I was bam from using PayPal and it’s more than 180 days which I’ve sent the authorization email there requested for but all I got is the email I’m trying to send to can’t receive due to security reason and I sent another authorization email using my mums PayPal email I still got the same response. Now I’ve been sending PayPal emails to explain what the issue is all I keep getting is: Thank you for contacting PayPal Customer Service. In an effort to assist you as quickly and efficiently as possible, please direct all customer service inquires through our website. 1. Log in to your PayPal account. 2. Click on Help & Contact at the bottom of any PayPal web page. This will give you further information on how to “Call us” or send an email via “Message Center”. Alternatively, you can log in to your PayPal account and choose "Resolve a problem in our Resolution Center", which will take you to PayPal's central hub for buyer and seller resolution and limitation information. You will find information about the limitation and steps to remove it below: Log in to your account. Click Resolution Center. If you have a Business account, click More and then Resolution Center. Click Go to Account Limitations. Next to each step required to remove the limitation, click Resolve and follow the steps to provide information. If you prefer to contact us, please log into your account and click Contact or Help at the bottom of the page. Thanks, PayPal

Thank you for your response. But note I’ve gone through it but my PayPal is permanently limited and I’m not allowed to add or remove any bank details from it. I just want my funds to be transfer to my sister account. Or do you have any best way to go about contacting the right PayPal authority?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
