Transaction ID 8SA83611PR106242W I just want to ask why i can not open dispute for that purchase? Tried via resolution center but only option was unauthorized things. But can not open purchase dispute. What is the problem and how to do it? Thanks

Was it a payment sent using the friends/family option?

If so then as there is no buyer protection for payments sent that way you can't open a dispute.
