I got email that my account is blocked, and all transactions from different people was sent back. Now I have negative balance - 2000 Usd And don't have answer why they refund all their transactions. What I have to do?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

The problem that I don't have Twitter or Facebook, I am in Ukraine. And they left me dept in this way. After losing job, I have to pay this **bleep**. And I don't have buttons to contact them, when I press it, it puts me on page with what to do in different situations, but no option to contact direct to them...
You can only receive friends/family options in the Ukraine and so if you are selling and accepting paypal friends/family payments then that would be why the transactions were denied.
Its against paypal rules to use the friends/family for selling and you can't accept goods/services payments unfortunately.
