I'm sorry to hear about the terrible outcome of your purchase! I can only imagine how frustrating it would be to be in your position, having inadvertently received stolen goods.
I'm afraid that motor vehicles are not covered under the Purchase Protection that PayPal offers. I recommend reaching out to the seller, as the possibility exists that they also did not know the vehicle was stolen and may be able to refund your money. Obviously, if they're the fraudster, they will be unlikely to respond, but it is worth a shot. I'm sorry that I do not have other suggestions for the situation outside of that.
