Steal, probably scammed..

Hi !

I had a deal with a guy on discord to buy goods from him.

The deal was 75 euro and after it arrive to him ha said I will get the package.

First of all, I dont have bank account/paypal so I asked help from him. I went straight in the bank to transfer the money for my friend's account. Thats not the issue, he got it, its okay and no problem. Attach below- Blue: when I got wrong e-mail first time but my friend succesfully cancelled the purschase and money didnt move anywhere
Green: good e-mail
Red: Peter refunded because it dont sent as friends&family
Pink: good e-mail and succesfully sent.  My friend asked paypal, they said they cant help, go ask your bank, bank told the same for him, ask paypal... Literally no help. Scroll down a bit and there is a picture below. And his paypal account clearly shows there is a -75 euro !!!!!!! Please help, please..

If Peter refunded because he say payment is not friends and family and you send money as friends and family, then you don’t have buyer protection. Nothing you can do. No refunds. Friends and family is gift payment. Never use friends and family to buy.
