Selling Process - How do I ensure it's legit

Hi there,

It's been a while since I've sold something through PayPal - this time I am sending from Canada to USA. What is the process/logistics so that I know its not a scammer? I've read the shipping address has to be the same as the one in PayPal for protection of the seller, how I do know this before shipping it to them? Thanks

John

That depends on many factors all listed in Paypals seller protection policy for you to read so you can risk assess your transactions.
Legal (bottom right of Paypals pages) > user agreement > seller protection.

Also you send to the shipping address you see on the paypal email paypal send you when the buyer pays.

Ok thats what I was wondering, if I could see the address through PayPal when they sent the payment - before I send the item.
