Seller sent false tracking information to discredit my dispute

I filed a dispute with a seller for a item I never received and submitted proof that I never received it and that I tried contacting the seller with no luck. I had ordered from this seller before and received those orders. So when I filed the dispute, the seller submitted the old tracking numbers for the older orders that showed delivered. PayPal sided with the seller because those showed delivered even though I submitted so much proof that those were inaccurate tracking numbers and I submitted proof of the actual tracking number relating to the order. I reiterated this several times because PayPal kept saying it was delivered. What do I do? The agent assigned to my case doesn’t seem to be reading my messages and seeing the clear proof I have that the seller is lying and submitting false information. I’m so upset and distraught over this.

Have you called customer service already about this? Call until you get someone who do understand.

Point to the discrepancy of the delivery date of the tracking information of the fake tracking vs the valid tracking. Does the valid tracking number show delivered? If yes, check with the shipping company whether your address is the delivery address on record and get that in writing. The shipping company does not have to reveal the delivery address for security reasons. All the shipping company has to say is that the address for said tracking number is not your address, if that is the case.

Or file a complaint at bbb.org under PayPal San Jose, CA to get in touch with PayPal executive escalations office.
