Scammed nd declined by Paypal

Hi, I was scammed while ordering items in a fake Chinese online shop which has been closed 2 weeks after my purchase.

I obviously payed with PayPal. I tried to get help from the PayPal portal.

The 3 choices at CONFLICT SOLUTIONS did not correspond to my case and I had to chose a wrong choices in order to move on in my request. Finally my case was declined and cannot be reopened. What can I do to make Paypal take my case serious How can I actually talk to a PayPal teller?

Call customer service and ask to change the reason of your case to item not received because you selected the wrong one:

Scroll down to click Message Us or Call Us option on the bottom.
