Restricted account due to non existent credit card

Hello! My account was restricted recently due to missing verification of a credit card. My problem is that I don´t own a credit card and there is no such card linked to my account. Sadly, I haven´t been able to found a solution for this issue yet. Maybe somebody can help me? Thank you very much! 🙂

I am sorry to know that your account has been limited and I understand how important it is to have your account running smoothly. If your account has limitations, we may ask you for documentation that helps us confirm you. We may request documentation related to your identity, address, etc. Since you do not have the required things to update, I would recommend contacting our customer support team through the available contact options on our website so that our advisors can guide you with other options and have this limitation resolved.
