Reorder lost merchandise and got full refund

Hello.

Is any trouble if I can reorder item has been lost and got back with full refund because only merchandise sell on that web.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! It sounds like you ordered an item and didn't receive it, is that right? If so, you can file an Item not Received dispute through our Resolution Center. However, I would not be able to advise whether or not to order from that merchant again if the first order was lost in transit.
