Refund scammer PayPal Decides in Scammers Favor

Hi i was scammed by a refund scammer. 

The case is blatently obvious But paypal decided in the customers favor.

The customer tried to say the products where not genuine, However i purchased the products legitimatly and provided only an install service.

I have chat images from facebook showing the customer was happy and emails of the products and accounts sent to the customer.

|The Customer made 12 payments over 2 weeks and then 2 weeks later opened cases ON ALL PURCHASES.

How do i appeal the decision. iv been in Paypal messenger but the Administration is Disgusting.

And the customer convosation on Facebook Showing the customer was more than happy.

@if the customer had any genuine concerns they would of been immediate at the 1st purchase. However the customer purchased over 2 weeks. Then made cases 2 weeks later.

It is a blatent Refund scam, Yet PayPal provides no protection.

Paypal administration is a Joke and a complete waist of time.

PayPal is supposed to be a professional establishment, yet they cannot professionaly safegaurd thier own customers.

Its a Complete joke.

How do i appeal the decision.

Please see What is the PayPal Seller Protection Policy and what items aren’t covered? it is possible your transaction is not covered.

Besides, PayPal doing you a favor because if buyer loses all those cases and file chargebacks, the chargeback fees are an extra GBP 14.00 per case. You can appeal the case as “buyer abuse” if you feel it is.

Its a Joke, If paypal was administrating corerctly in the 1st place they wouldnt allow refund scammers to just walk all over genuine vendors.

It was a clear cut case. The Administrator of the case was just an **bleep**. Bottom Line.
