Received product after claim issued refund

I filed a claim after being unable to contact the seller for a refund or cancellation of an order. Seller did not communicate about delays or back orders and went on for more than 2 months. I filed a claim, escalated after no responses and eventually issued a refund. PayPal informed me that the seller failed to respond to the claim. After receiving the refund I was contacted by seller that product would shop soon, two weeks later received the product. Now I have the product and the refund but don’t want the product. Unsure how to proceed, do I notify PayPal or try to return to seller?

Inform the seller that you don't want the item and if they want it returned to send you a pre-paid postage label and you will return it.

If they refuse to pay for the return then you don't have to do anything.
