How do I get a refund from a limited account? Is somebody hacking my accounta to gain my funds?

Go to Resolution Center.
Click Report a problem.
Select transaction to dispute.
Select appropriate reason for your dispute. Choose wisely for best results.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
