Based on the information that you've shared it seems like your account is limited and I am sorry to know about it. When there is a limitation placed on the account, our dedicated team will ask you to submit some of the documents for verification. Once you submit it, we will review it and you will be notified within a couple of days. If it's been more than 7-10 days, kindly reach out to our customer support team through the available contact options on our website. Support is also available through Facebook private messages or Twitter direct messages.
