Anyone else finding that Paypal communications and trying to contact them is proving near impossible? The lack of responses from them has resulted in them closing a dispute I had opened. Trying to reopen or resublit is not possible so I have resorted to trying to submit a complaint and even with that an error message is returned after completing all the details!!
Paypal do not close disputes, they are either closed by yourself OR auto-closed if you don't escalate the dispute to a claim within 20 days of opening that dispute.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
