Permanently Limited my account for no reasons

So I created a paypal account and i was up and running fine , so one day i got limited and paypal asked me to provide proof of shipment or delivery but the problem i didn't even start to buy or sell anything with my account All i had is two transaction as friends and family i didn't sell anything so I uploaded a pdf explaining that i did not sell anything with my account and explaining what are my intention on using the account !

So now my account got permanently limited for no reason at all ! i did not violate neither the terms nor the acceptable use policy because i really did not sell anything ! 

I sent a message to customer services through Twitter ,and they responded me once and then they ghosted me , 

I sent a complaint through paypal and all they responded is how i can withdraw my funds after 180 days ! 

I need my account back this is unprofessional , because they would not tell me what i did wrong at least nor restore my account because what they did is mistake and am sure of it .

I see you have a business account. Not a good idea to accept personal payments on business accounts to start, if that is what you did. You must use business account primarily for business transactions, and to send personal payments as refunds on transactions dated over 180 days. They might have not believed your reasons and suspect fee avoidance or to get over on the 21 day hold. Pretty soon, personal payments can no longer be received on business accounts, nor could be sent to business accounts by personal accounts.

 

PayPal is not obligated to reveal the reason for permanent limitation to protect their risk model from being circumvented. You may have to call customer service to put in a support ticket to the compliance office requesting another account review to reinstate your account.

Hello , Thank you for you response ! First of all , all the freinds and family transactions i did is when my account was a personal account and after a few days i converted it to Business . So i don't think that's what got me limited ! after i converted my account i did not do any transaction at all !

Then the system may have detected risk of some kind. They do give a reason for the permanent limitation, albeit vague, like, you are a potential risk or violated Acceptable Use Policy or something.

 

Call customer service.
