Permanent limitations

Hi apparently when I opened my PayPal app it said there were some limitations and so it asked me to send in some documents and which I did, however I accidentally sent in a wrong document without realising as I sent in the wrong image for when it asked to prove who you are. I didn’t know what to do after that and it sent it to the PayPal staff. After a while they emailed me saying that my account had been permanently limited and so I don’t know what to do now. I can’t even ask for them to delete my account if there is no way to remove the limitation as they just said that they closed my account for to “prevent fraud, money-laundering and to comply with financial laws” when I’ve literally done none of that or broken any TOS. If anyone can help me that’d be great.

Normally you can't appeal a permanent limitation but no harm trying.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
