Would someone please explain the deeper meaning of an account being permanently limited - ie closed.?
I've had the same PP account since the first week they were live (2000).
I've had zero account issues in 22 years.
I've had zero PP debit card account issues for 10 years.
But, I've also limited my use of PP for 22 years.
The only person I've supported with PP via donation was Ross [removed] (Silk Road Founder / railroaded). That's probably my offense.
But anyone, other than PP Corporate, please post your thoughts on my question.
Thanks!
