Hi. I have received a payment for a very small amount, into my PayPal account. It asks me to print the label for the order but I have not sold anything anywhere and I do not recognise the person who sent it.
I messaged him explaining that I have no idea what the payment is for and is it a mistake but he has not replied.
Should I just refund him anyway and if I do, will I pay a fee for doing this?
I only use PayPal for my own purchases so I’ve never come across this before.
