I received a payment last month for a electronic file .After i received payment ,within one hour I sent file to buyer by an email. He got it and ASKED ITS PASSWORD by Facebook messenger. I gave him wrong password at first , then second time it was okay, he confirmed. Later he issued a refund which i didnt notice as it not primary email. Now I checked my Paypal I can see there is a negative balance as PayPal refunded to that transaction and case closed. I have proof of my deal is completed successfully.How Paypal refunded for such an item within 24 days? How i get back that money? .I have proof that I sent it by mail same day and same hour he paid me PayPal.
