PayPal Scammers O_O [ Buyers who buy and Steal !! ] HELP if you could

Hello PayPal community and moderators this might be the last message for me the Ukraine & Russia war affected my business so hard I don't sell like before I temporally shutdown my business for sometime until I can think of what I gonna do next I was safe and everything is good until someone from my buyers he is a scammer brought up a dispute against me and despite what I was trying to do to win the case and tell them about the truth and contacting the support team he won the case my account is minus now ( - ) i hate scammers so much  >_< 😢

I'm writing this to you hopelessly knowing that I've lost my account maybe that someone could help

but first let me tell you what is my business like so you can understand :
- I used to sell VPS's ( Virtual Private Servers ) for a monthly or yearly subscription that's a digital product it's so popular right now you might have heard of it like digitalocean , IBM , Google Cloud ...etc 
- It's a digital product that a buyer comes and choose specs ( ram , storage ..etc ) for a time range and buys it and receives an email with the credentials to use the product then if he didn't renew his subscription the product gets expired and deleted after a few days 

I'm doing this for a long time like more than a year maybe and everything was good some people filed cases against me it was not that much but i managed to win most of them and everything was great i actually have my own TOS on my website and later i learned to add TOS in the invoice i stopped selling old way and wanted to add TOS in the invoice to make it more clear to the buyer that i can't refund him that kind of digital products 


but when i stopped my business someone from the buyers filed a dispute against me that's like after 174 days from receiving the product after trying to contact him friendly in PayPal chat between us he didn't answer me with his email or discord or anything 

because my website was down right then like i told you i stopped doing that business and then he escalated the case to PayPal in the details he mentioned that he want a tracking number so i spent sometime searching for his discord and information like 5 days 

and then i found it and took some screenshots of the product details and PayPal asked me for his IP address but that was behind Cloudflare so I don't have access to that i tried to provide everything i also found out that he owns a website and doing PayPal transfers from other payments methods to PayPal

The funny part ! :

he claims that the product he bought was Battlefield 2042 Deluxe Edition PS5 LOL 

Which he sells it on his website ! so he claims that i didn't provide him with the game that he sells imagine a seller fill a dispute against other seller for not receiving his OWN products !

i don't ever provide or provided shipping in my account it's verified twice for selling only Digital Services ! that has no shipping 

i also never sold any Games or CD in my life or in the account History 

Sometimes Evil wins sometimes good wins but at the end god knows everything and he won't let that scammer live with the stolen money from my account because i already delivered the service 

Thanks if you have been reading to this point 😆 
I just want PayPal to be a safer place and more clear for buyers and sellers and to stop scammers in different cases let's truly protect both

Hello thank you so much for your reply   @PayPal_Bindu  I already did that and there was some problems trying to appeal i was receiving an error when doing this but at the end i managed to appeal the case and it got accepted that was great I'm really thankful for everyone help me through this case or tried to help 

however in the future i hope that PayPal make changes to secure payments for sellers doing digital services like for example :
in every payment it reminds me to add a screenshot or information for products i delivered to the client regarding specific transaction 
or it limits the time frame clients can fill disputes against sellers because the digital service is already expired 

because sellers have bills to pay and holding amount of money may hurts them they cannot pay for their bills anymore until the case is solved and the client responds it's a pain to keep track of each case and wait a week or so to get your money that already yours !
