Pay pal needs more info on dispute claim but reply won't send flags up paypals fault

Pay pal is asking me for more info on an open dispute claim but when I fill in the info required the reply won't send, it isn't something I am doing as a notification appears at top saying error occurred it's not you it's us, been trying for days now the deadline is fast approaching & customer service is not open.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

Thanks for your reply, I have tried these suggestions but phone customer service does not open in the uk till after the deadline for reply, live chat is an automated service not actually a live conversation in the UK & message business hours also later than deadline, I don't do twitter but will try facebook as you suggested but not holding out much hope of reply in time. many thanks.
