Some company named Paddle took $266 from my PayPal account. Now I see a ton of people on this community board that has experience the same things. I am wondering why PayPal not shut this company down and prevented them from using PayPal. This is totally unaccepted and until my money is return I will do whatever online to voice my opinion and to give awareness. ALSO who is the customer service line closed? Between Paddle and another online shopping company they took over $2,000 out my PayPal. I won't rest until my money is returned.

Check if you had a subscription set up.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

With all due respect that as nothing to do with this. I dont have account or created any subscription with that account. Somone went into my account and purchased items from a online store and services from Paddle. If you search Paddle in PayPal community you will CLEARLY see that there are many other victims.

Yep, this is an advice forum, that was my first piece of advice to check it was not a subscription.

 

...and to add 'most' of those folks complaining on other threads on this forum about that company had a SUBSCRIPTION set up for an antivirus etc.

 A lot of times what happens is people accept a free trial for a product, like anti virus, and forget to cancel and it auto renews. Be careful what you are accepting !!!
