Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you have an unrecognized transaction on your account. If this is a completed transaction, please review this article to Open an unauthorized dispute.
However, you may want to check if this is just a money request or an invoice. If this is just an invoice, you should have the option to cancel the invoice in your Activity.
