No access to my mobile number for 2step verification

Hi

my account was permanent limit because of not full verification issue about 7 month ago . i had 1000$ in my account before limit and i heard that i can get this money via bank account , i tried to login after 6 month and unfortunately i activated 2 step login with number verification , my number is not accessible now and i can not login for request money back to my account . what can i do for this process ? i have my full document to verify that i am main account owner but can not login 

anyone can help me for this problem ?
