No Response to Fraud Complaint

Paypal are not responding to formal complaints at all. The webpage states a response or a timeframe extension notification within 15 days. What options are available if Paypal continue this behaviour?

Me too! They dont respond to CS calls at all and just leave you on hold. Close your account and find an honest, competent alternative. Maybe contact the government over wire fraud. Ppl need to sue PP. Maybe sue them in small claims court.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
- paypal won't let me use any merchant checkout on any website. paypal support has been nonresponsive in Transactions Archives
- a paypal account was permanently closed so the owner took the identity of their twin in Security and Fraud Archives
- Fraud Dept. scammed me. in Security and Fraud Archives
- CalState moving company using PayPal payment gateway to commit fraud in Security and Fraud Archives
- Someone hacked into my account, made unauthorized transactions and closed my account in Security and Fraud Archives
