My paypal account is permanently limited

It says I am no longer allowed to use paypal? All I did was tried to link my paypal business account to my wise bank account. What is wrong with that?

Doubt that can be the reason however Paypal does not support Wise / Payoneer (or any other virtual banks).
Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
