My paypal account hacked

Sir Sir my paypal account hacked by someone. I have all documents.. and email. Someone access my paypal and changed password , phone number, bank account details. I can't change my password. Forgot password option not working. Please help me sir.

You have to contact PayPal as guest caller:

Log out of all accounts.   

Go to https://www.paypal.com/in/smarthelp/contact-us      

Click “Call Us” option under the “Common Issues’ section.   

Click “call us as guest” link to get PayPal contact numbers.   

Ask for an agent until they connect you with one.

If you cannot call, reach out to PayPal at Facebook or Twitter by private message:

Tell them your account was hacked. Give new email address for the account if it was changed in the hack. If the email address was not changed, give your email address of the account and all the information.
