If anyone is facing this problem please help me. I had opend a new paypal account to receive money from a sender but when he made the first payment , an email came to me stating that i had a opened a personal account and that it had a limit because of which the money went in pending. It said to ask the sender 100$ to extend the limit so that i will be able to receive the money..... But when the sender paid the money , an another email came to me which said to issue a refund but the problem is that there is no transaction in my history to issue a refund Here is the email " You’re to make the refund back from your own money and get back to us as soon as possible with the receipt of it, before we can approve and credit both accounts. The refund can be done outside PayPal too, you just have to get back to us with the receipt of the refund. As soon as the refund is done, kindly get back to us with the receipt of your payment so we can verify and credit the total pending funds of $250.00 USD into your PayPal account immediately. Final Note: Failure to make the refund means your Name and Address will be forwarded to the Law Enforcement Agency, which may result in an Arrest" If anyone knows how to solve this please inform me i will be very grateful.
