Mistaken unauthorized purchase claim refund

How do you issue refund after responding to a mistaken unauthorized purchase claim on a refundable service? I saw the refund button before reponding, but not after.

Hi @Mattski30,

 

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community! The instructions provided by @Aarc123 are good for refunding when there is no dispute on the transaction. You mentioned a dispute and that the refund option is not there. If you go to the Resolution Center, you will be able to respond to the dispute and accept the claim there, providing the refund.
