MY Account limited, no deposits made, account stuck, can't delete or confirm bank

Paypal support has been absolutely inept and hasn't done anything even though reported to them-- so I figured maybe the community has an idea?

 

Paypal flagged my account as compromised and limited my account, even though there were no concerns with that, just a bad purchase that had been resolved. I stepped through the changing password and reviewing account info. Then they wanted me to confirm my existing bank account and noted that deposits were made and to confirm the amounts. There were never any deposits to my checking account, I even called and worked with my bank. So I have repeatedly asked Paypal to just resent the two small deposits so I can actually confirm the account, nothing. So I thought maybe I would reset it myself by deleting the bank account and readding it so it would flag a new confirmation process. BUT it also won't let me delete the bank account because of the limitations in place.  I tried the direct bank login options and that generates an error. This was a year ago and I still have had no use of paypal, despite reaching out to paypal for a resolution several times. Frustrated with failed support is an understatement.

 

Anyone have any ideas here? Much appreciate, thanks!
