Hello, 2 weeks ago I purchased a model car from a website using PayPal, after Xmas I decided to start using the car, on first use a part broke and also the heat from the engine melted some parts on the vehicle, I filed a claim with PayPal and they have now asked that I prove it,they wrote something along those lines….I would need to get an invoice or repair letter it would need to be from dealer, repair shop, appraiser, or another individual or organisation that is qualified in this area. I can’t quite remember the whole thing but something along those lines, so I had a self employed model car enthusiast take a look and he wrote a letter stating the problems, I have sent this to PayPal and they have now put it under review, what is the likelihood I will win, thanks in advance
