Is this considered harassment?

I have filed a claim against a business. However they continue to call, and, physically come to my house. "To collect payment" they dont seem to understand the process of a claim. Any advice please. I'm honestly feeling worried. Since they continue to physically come to my house.

While PayPal is unable to step in on an issue like this, I would certainly recommend reaching out to your local law enforcement agencies for assistance. They should be able to advise what options are available to you.

I hope they're able to offer a prudent resolution for this concern,
