Ineligible to receive donation

This organization is currently ineligible to receive donations. How do I go about, I have previously received some donations. Thanks in advance.

Did you link your bank acct and card to your PayPal account?

 

Otherwise, contact customer service:

  1. https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us
  2. Click Business solutions.
  3. Click Non-profit and donations.
  4. Click Message Us after “This information might help” box.

Or try PayPal at Facebook or Twitter.
