If your paypal account was hacked and a transaction made without your knowledge then click on that transaction and using the report a problem link bottom of that details page open a dispute for an unauthorised transaction if that is what it was?
But first check here....
Check if you had a subscription set up.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
If not then I would check all the details on your account and change your password.
