I think I get scam but how can I get money back?

I purchased an second hand camera from facebook market place. Since we need shipping, seller said we could use paypal G&S to pay. Once I made the payment, seller just never respond for the message. And at that night I found paypal just open a case and self-closed it in 10mins, with the dispute for "I didn't get my item". What should I do right now to get money back? I can't open the new case from my s

Appeal? However ''if'' the dispute was closed because the seller provided fake tracking then post back. 

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
