I sold a fully working phone and the buyer had it for 2 weeks he went to get a new screen and back fitted and Said it was water damaged I did not sell a damaged phone to him now he wants to return it but he’s had it 2 weeks and also had the phone apart please help

You don't have to refund if you don't want to, if you don't then the buyer has the right to open a dispute for item received but not as described.
HOWEVER as long as you put in as much information as possible in the dispute stage before the buyer escalates to a claim then you have a good chance of winning.
If you lose the buyer would have to return the phone back to you first at their own expense and trackable before you have to refund.
Advice is voluntary.
