I have all documents, I want to send my all documents again but I don't know how I will give transactions list , it's my bank transaction or PayPal transaction? Maybe that's the my problem, I was submitted my client money invoice, if you suggest or recover my account then I will happy, please tell me how I will recover my account or how I will submit my documents again
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
