Few days ago when I shopped, more than 1000 usd balance in my account, my current balance is about 1700 usd.
Then paypal immediately asked me to authenticate the account information, I agreed, because when using large amounts, we must be suspected.
They asked me to provide the name, and the correct address with the name used on the paypal account.
I was born in a different place from where I live, so my birth address will not be the same as where I live.
If I upload an electricity bill, OK, I already have the address I live in, but the name of the owner of the house I'm renting is different, if I upload it, will they accept it? ?
So I provided my bank statement, and took a picture of my ID.
They asked me for ID, proof of address.
I have provided.
My current residence is different from the place of birth listed on the ID.
So when they do a bank account, they put the information on my ID on file, including the address, and that's where I was born, not where I live.
And the contract owner whose name is on the electricity bill payment record is someone else. So how can I have the same bill address as the name.
If I submit it, it won't match the original address I registered with Paypal. Would you also refuse it?
