There's a user on Twitter

Who is impersonating another user.

And I think that constitutes getting banned from Paypal, honestly? It's fraud, it's an impersonation, etc. Anyone know how to get this done?

Hello @Tephlonx5,
Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.
I understand that this is a situation that you are passionate about and we take these reports very seriously. We have proactive teams that work regarding a user that potentially violates PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy. You can certainly submit the details by clicking on this link. Once you submit, our team will thoroughly review the reported activity and take further action as appropriate.
Thanks and regards,
Ayesha
